Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of selltestingstrips.com (the "Site") and the supply purchasing service operated by Sell Testing Strips ("we," "us"). By submitting a quote request or shipping items to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

We purchase sealed, unexpired diabetic testing supplies — such as test strips, CGM sensors, and insulin pump supplies — directly from individuals. We do not sell products to consumers through the Site. Quotes shown on the Site are estimates; the final payout is confirmed after we physically inspect your items.

2. Eligibility and your promises to us

By selling to us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
You are the lawful owner of the items you send, and they were purchased out of pocket.
The items were not paid for in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government program, and are not insurance-billed, mail-order, or institutional ("white box" / not-for-resale) product. Reselling government-program supplies is prohibited by federal law, and we screen every box.
The items are sealed, unopened, unexpired, and match what you described in your quote request.

3. Quotes, inspection, and payment

Online estimates are based on the product, expiration date, and box condition you report. The binding offer is made after inspection.
If your items don't match the description (condition, dating, eligibility), we will contact you with an adjusted offer. You may accept it or ask us to return your items.
Items we cannot legally or safely buy (opened, expired, recalled, damaged, government-program-funded) are not paid for. Where return is requested for ineligible items, return shipping may be at your expense; items we are required to withhold from circulation may be destroyed.
Approved payments are sent the same business day via your chosen method (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, direct deposit, or check).

4. Shipping

We provide prepaid shipping labels and/or QR codes, and free mail kits for qualifying orders. Labels are for the quoted shipment only. Package items reasonably; we are not responsible for loss caused by inadequate packaging, though we will work with you and the carrier in good faith on any lost shipment.

5. Text messages

If you opt in, we may send you SMS updates about your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to SMS is not a condition of selling to us.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site to sell stolen or fraudulently obtained goods, misrepresent items, or violate any law. We may decline any transaction and report suspected fraud to authorities.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is." Nothing on the Site is medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount payable to you for that transaction.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to new transactions. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
