Terms of Service

The rules for selling your diabetic supplies to us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SellTestingStrips.com (the "Site") and our diabetic supply buyback service. The Site and service are operated by TC MGMT LLC, 1549 Ringling Blvd, Suite 600, Sarasota, FL 34236 ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a quote or shipping items to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

We buy sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies — such as test strips, CGM sensors and insulin pump supplies — from individuals. Quotes shown on the Site or sent to you are estimates. The final payout is confirmed after we inspect your items.

2. Your promises to us

When you sell to us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
  • You own the items you send, and you bought them out of pocket.
  • The items were not paid for, in whole or in part, by Medicare, Medicaid or any other government program.
  • The items are sealed, unopened, unexpired and match what you described to us.

3. Quotes, inspection and payment

  • Quotes are based on the product, expiration date and box condition you report. Our binding offer is made after inspection.
  • If your items don't match your description, we will contact you with an adjusted offer. You can accept it or ask us to return your items.
  • We do not pay for items we cannot legally or safely buy (for example opened, expired, recalled, damaged or government-program-funded items). If you ask for ineligible items back, you may have to pay return shipping. Items we are required to keep out of circulation may be destroyed.
  • Approved payments are sent by the method you choose, such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, direct deposit or check.

4. Shipping

We provide free prepaid shipping labels, QR codes or mailing kits for your quoted shipment. Please pack your items securely. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with you and the carrier in good faith.

5. Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we will text you about your quote, shipment and payment. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any sale. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site or our service to sell stolen or fraudulently obtained goods, misrepresent items, or break any law. We may decline any transaction and report suspected fraud to the authorities.

7. Disclaimers and limit of liability

The Site is provided "as is." Nothing on the Site is medical advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount payable to you for that transaction.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted here applies to new transactions, and the "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
