This policy explains what information Sell Testing Strips ("we," "us") collects when you use selltestingstrips.com or sell supplies to us, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Contact and shipping details you provide in a quote request: name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
Order details: the items you list, estimated and final payout amounts, shipping and payment method choices, and order status.
Photos you send us (for example via Messenger or text) so we can identify your items and prepare a quote.
Messages you exchange with us by chat, SMS, email, or Messenger.
Basic site analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type) used to improve the Site.

2. How we use it

To prepare quotes, generate shipping labels, track packages, and pay you.
To contact you about your order — including SMS updates if you opted in (reply STOP to opt out).
To screen for items we cannot legally buy (e.g. government-program-funded supplies) and prevent fraud.
To ask for feedback or an honest review after a completed, paid transaction.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:

Shipping: your name and address go to our shipping provider (Shippo) and the carrier (e.g. USPS) to create labels and track packages.
Communications: email and SMS providers used to send order updates.
Operations: our CRM and workflow tools that store lead and order records.
Legal: authorities, if required by law or to investigate suspected fraud.

Pharmacy labels on boxes you send are removed and shredded after inspection; we do not use or share information from them.

4. Retention

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them. Photos used for quoting are kept only as long as needed to complete or review the transaction.

5. Your choices and rights

Opt out of SMS any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law) by contacting us below.
Depending on your state (e.g. California), you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor verified requests accordingly.

6. Security

Order data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
